Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of The FNP Review website, store, and all related services. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full.

Our services are intended for adults (18+) who are licensed registered nurses pursuing Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification. By using our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

We offer the following product types:

• Physical products — Printed books, workbooks, and flashcard decks shipped to your address.
• Digital products — Practice exams and downloadable study materials delivered electronically and accessed at planner.thefnpreview.com.
• QBANK subscription — Monthly recurring access to 2,000+ board-style questions. Renews automatically until cancelled.
• Video course access — Timed access (1, 2, or 3 months from date of purchase) to our FNP board review video course, accessed at planner.thefnpreview.com.
• 1:1 Strategy sessions — Private consultations scheduled separately after purchase confirmation.

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping.

For QBANK subscriptions, your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each monthly billing period. You may cancel at any time through your Account page or by contacting us at [email protected].

This applies to all products and services including physical books and flashcards, digital practice exams, QBANK subscriptions, video course access, and 1:1 strategy sessions.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions, free sample content, and our free resources before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, please contact us at [email protected] before completing your order.

In the rare case of a defective physical product (e.g., a printing error or damage in shipping), please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement.

Digital products are delivered electronically and accessible through your account at planner.thefnpreview.com. Access begins immediately upon purchase confirmation.

Video course access is time-limited to the duration selected at checkout (1, 2, or 3 months). Access expires at the end of that period and is not automatically extended.

All digital products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share login credentials, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display any purchased content.

Physical products are currently shipped within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once a tracking number has been issued.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

All content — including text, images, videos, question banks, study guides, and course materials — is the intellectual property of The FNP Review and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

Our products are educational tools designed to help FNP students prepare for board certification exams. They do not constitute medical advice or clinical guidance, and they do not guarantee exam passage. Individual results vary.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms, share digital access with unauthorized users, or engage in fraudulent activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The FNP Review is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
